1) Log into your domain via ftp with your admin account. Go to your mail folder.
2) Go to the account name that you are having the problem with.
3) Edit the inbox file - erase everything in it.. then save
4) Go to your domain folder under the email folder and do the same.

Th inbox file should be 0 file size.
